Working with a pivot table and added customized columns

Hi

How can you work with a picot table & your own customized columns and be able to properly filter all data together?

I added Growth%, INC% and Notes columns so that our team can easily add their comments per account. However, issue I have is when I filter for a specific Rep and I add a comment in NOTES column then release my filter, my comment stays in the first cell of that row instead of staying with account it was meant for. In other words, it's not filtering properly.

How can I use a pivot, add my own columns and get it to filter accordingly without having to create my own table to the copy and past Pivot data into.
