Stacking Column for 100% day wise, process activity

Hi All,

Today, I was working on KPI dashboard which required Date wise output for Target, Actual and Pending of 6 processes in my company.
1. any date target given is 100% completed in process then it should visualize in process and date with green.
2. any date target given is not 100% completed in process then pending(In orange) and compeleted(in green) should visualize in corresponding date.
3. any date target given is 100% pending in process then pending(In orange) should visualize in corresponding date.

Right now i am doing it in a manual counting, attached is my attempt, looking for make it by Conditional Formatting or Column/stacked bar chart.
