Job wise Process Sequence with Varying Lead time-Reg.,

Hello Friends,

I tried for past 1 week to arrive logic for Process wise Sequence Plan Creation as attached in the sample Excel file with following Conditions,

1. Job Sequence subject to Change randomly for the month,
2. Lead time between Process is variable,

Process Sequence will be automatically Picked from the Sequence of Final Process,considering the no. of days of lead time which is variable?
