Series Stacked Bar Chart Doesn't stack properly

I have a series chart with 3 data sets. It is proprietary, so I cannot give an actual file.

I will label them as blue, red, and black. The chart is set up as a combo, stacked bar, and the black is on the Secondary Axis.

However, the blue does not show up at all as the quantities of the dataset in the red are all higher and so the red and black are all that show on the chart. When I click the blue data set, I see where the bars would be under the red.

Any help getting the blue to show along with the black and red would be greatly appreciated!

You need to create an example file that demonstrates the problem.

Re: Series Stacked Bar Chart Doesn't stack properly

Here is an example file. I have three rows and I want to do a Series Stacked Bar style chart where all the values show. As you will see, the RED row is obscured under the blue.
Is there any way to have all three values show in a single line Stacked Bar?

    Thanks!

Extend the data range down 1 row, so you have 2 series on the secondary axis.
You can then format the Blue series to have a overlap of -100%. Also reduce the gap width of the bar.
Select Black series as increase the Gap width percent.

You mention all appear on a single line. If you mean as single stack then why did you move 1 series to the secondary axis?

Hello Andy, thank you so much for your replies! I am attaching a screen shot of what I am trying to achieve. I have duplicated all the settings on the chart, but mine does not display this way.

Re: Series Stacked Bar Chart Doesn't stack properly

Create a stacked bar chart with all 3 series.
Select the series you want on the secondary axis
Select one of the series on the primary axis. Change the Gap width to 50%

You will now have 2 thick series stacked and 1 thin series on top of both.
