Improve grouped bar chart Aesthetics

I am trying to plot grouped bar chart for the data in the attached sheet. I'm reporting on responses to an assessment. While using a grouped bar chart, some of the groups are 0 so it leaves a blank space for that group which does not make the chart look very nice (see "other/volunteer" group in option 1). Additionally when I used a stacked bar chart, again due to the small proportion of some of the groups (even smaller than the ones in this sheet) it makes it difficult to add a label, as the label is bigger than the space allocated to that group on the chart ( see 3% on on option 2). I was wondering if anyone had suggestions on how to improve any of these charts, or suggestions for other charts that will visualize the data better. Thanks in advance.
