Progress bar chart

Hi,

I'm trying to create progress bar chart in excel. So it will look like a progress bar of achieved amounts (colored in blue) overlapped with total amounts (colored in grey). The blue bar will be shorter than the latter and will be on top of the grey bar.

The details are as follows:

The vertical axis has 10 categories/titles based on the following:
Series A is the values of achieved amounts (e.g. 23% 61%), linked to B1:B10 and is colored in blue
Series B is the total amount (100%), linked to B11 and is colored in grey.

A1:A10 will be the category/titles names.

I need help with the following:

I need Series B to be shown 10x but only linked to a single cell which is the total of 100% from B11.

I hope this doesn't require the use of VBA or other developer options.

hi andy, i know i can do that but it needs to be done with 1 cell only as a template for work.
