Chart for more values on X axes

Good afternoon,

My this question is an extension of my previous thread I posted yesterday.

Most of my analysis involves the data as shown in the attached file. I never managed to get this type of graph in Excel as there are more than 10000 rows ( for 4 ccgs that I want to analyse the data).

For example, this graph is just for organisation A not in Excel but from the system we use to fetch the data. I can't use that graph as it becomes static (Like a picture) once exported from that system. Where we are reviewing categories ( shown on X-axis in the attached file) the items on the X-axis with the value >150,000. How can we compare 4 organisations on the same chart?

I am grateful for the help I get here. Would you please help with some example file so that I can follow and recreate that for my requirement.

This statement indicates that there should be a file attached, which there isn't as far as I can tell.
