Need to see percentage of group total for specific values

Hello I have a group of data that I can see overall totals for various "Caller Type". I need to be able to also see the % of the PRV and CLM of the overall at the same time or at least in an additional display next to the current table. I posted an example below of what I am looking for or something similar. The goal is to identify those who have a larger percentage of PRV participation.

Total PRV
Group 1 11 27%
Group 2 11 36%

First, change the PivotTable Report Layout to Show in Tabular Form. Add Caller Type field to Values section of the PivotTable, then Show Values As > % of Parent Total.

Is there a way to do this if we do not want to include "Caller Type" CLM in the view? Once I remove CLM it obviously changes the total and % turns to 100%

Add a % column in your data. I have converted your data into an Excel table so any new rows or columns added, PivotTables can self-expand.

Add in the new % field in Values section of PivotTable and Summarize Values By Average.
