Another basic dumb question from NewYears =D

I am using a CSV as a source so importing it in as a data source, import works fine but it shows all rows imported but shows 2,500 errors (out of 440k rows). I can click on the text stating 2,500 errors and it brings up a list of what records had errors, but I don't understand what it is consider an "error" or how I can read this. Everything looks normal. How can I specifically see what the errors are?
