Pivot Table with Time Phased Values

Hi Experts,

Please have a look at the attached sample file. One of the two sheets has the data table and the other has overview and output requirement images.

My project management table has multiple parameters, to include resource names, tasks assigned to them, relevant project name, then there are values spread over time (time phased weekly values) that are work (in hrs), resource availability (hrs), overallocation etc.

Q1. Can I make a pivot table with time phased values spread over weeks as shown in the sample table? How do I get the pivot table to recognise all dates together? When I try, it shows each date as a separate field (see fig.2 in the Excel file).
Q2. Can I make a pivot chart that shows time in the x-axis and y for hrs (for resource availability and work availability) (see fig.1)? I can then make use of slicers etc. to see individual resource or individual project data.
