Skus and order sale lines total quantity within pivot table

Good morning Forum Team
I'm back again needing assistance with assistance with pivots for warehouse inventory. In my sample excel sheet, the customer stores, SKUs and quantities ordered are listed. How can I get excel to search for the SKU and the quantity ordered from all stores and display the grand total in a pivot table. Any suggestions? Which is the best method to go about this? Thank you!

First, I would recommend to put the data up in a an Excel table: Ctrl+T.

Next, create the PivotTable by pulling "Sales Order/Order Lines/Product ID" to Filters section, "Sales Order/Order Lines/Customer" to Rows section, and finally Sales Order/Order Lines/Quantity to Values section.
