I'm trying to update my secondary data from a bar to a line. In my older version of Excel I remember right-clicking and having the option to change from bar to line. What am I missing?

In the workbook attached, your C-T rate is shown as bars and clicks as a line, so what exactly is the problem???
Which version of Excel are you using? You really need to update your profie to make this clear.
