    Simple pivot

    I am trying to count all the distinct values that appear in a Column

    I can do that in Recommended pivot table just for one column but not 2

    I like to see something like this for the counts of Names & Devices

    No Name Device
    ee Jim AA
    qqe Joe AA
    we Jim AA
    w Ali B
    wqq Ali B
    qw Ali c0
    wqq Sam B
    ww Joe c0
    qw Jim c0


    Like to count


    AA B c0
    Jim 2 1
    Joe 1 1
    Ali 2 1
    Sam 1

    select the whole data then go insert pivot table . If the two fields from the table that you have in mind say are B2 & B3 fields then
    In columns Use B2 , in Rows Use B3 , in sigma sum use count of some other field for example field A . That should do it
