Drag ALL data columns to Values

I am using Excel 2016 on a Windows 10 laptop and trying to adjust a Pivot Table. I have a LOT of columns of data. I want them ALL to show up Values area of my PT. Is there a way to drag all the column headers at once into the Pivot Table Values Field so that I don't have to drag them over one by one?

    Thanks for your help
    RR

HOW TO ATTACH YOUR SAMPLE WORKBOOK:

Fast answers need clear examples. Post a small Excel sheet (not a picture) showing realistic & representative sample data WITHOUT confidential information (10-20 rows, not thousands...) and some manually calculated results. For a new thread (1st post), scroll to Manage Attachments, otherwise scroll down to GO ADVANCED, click, and then scroll down to MANAGE ATTACHMENTS and click again. Now follow the instructions at the top of that screen.
Notice my main language is not English.

I appreciate it, if you reply on my solution.

Re: Drag ALL data columns to Values

The attached smaller excerpt file has 15 Columns of Input that end up as columns in the Pivot Table on the Output sheet. My live file has 104 columns (two years of weekly projected work assignments). I'm hoping to find a way NOT to have to drag all 104 fields down into the Pivot Table Value field.

Re: Drag ALL data columns to Values

I don't see any pivot table in your file.

Also I get differant VBA messages if I open your file.

I suggest re-arange all data in a pivot table suitable format.
(so in rows instead of columns).
You can do that with e.g. VBA or Power Query.

If you want decent help please add also the manualy result in the file, so the forummembers have a clue you are working on.

OK. let's try this again. I attached a version 2 of the excerpt file. I took out the macros since they aren't important to this issue. The input for the Pivot Table is named Input_Data which is the range 'Assignments Input'!B9:Z22. The Pivot table is on the next sheet (with the Orange Tab) in the range B9:D17. When I drag all the Columns Values down into the Values field, the Pivot Table will expend over to Column Q.

I so appreciate anything you can do to help.

I used Pivot Query to re-arange the data.

    After that a pivot table.

    See the attached file.

Thanks for your input but my management wants the output in the layout they've used for years.

Please add the excel version and your location on your pofile.

If it has to be in the same layout, please wait for another forummember to step in.

Or convince the managment another layout could be usefull, since it offers more information.

I updated my profile. Thanks for that heads up.

I realize this may be a more informative format but I'm dealing with some Old Dogs and trying to teach them some New Tricks is an uphill battle for sure.
