Hi,
Attached is a sample book where I have the top 3 value filtered by Sum of rnet Finished.
I want to be able to show the the top 3 Days Old FG regardless of the value. If you click the filter on Days Old FG you can see there is older days available but due to it being top 3 by value filter, it picks the top 3 Days Old FG by the values in Sum of rnet finished.
Is there a way to show the top 3 for the Label Value?

Place the cursor outside the pivot and click Filter in Home Menu at the top. The filter icon will appear on the Sum of rnet finished. Now if you see in the Column A the Filter is with Number filter option where you can filter Top 3. I hope I understood this correctly.

I also don't understand the desired results. You have a filter to show the Top 3 items based on Sum of rnet finished, but then you're saying that you don't want this filter to apply...??!
Clearer expected results and explanations are obviously necessary here.

Sorry that I was not clear but HariArvi has solved this for me. Basically I wanted to filter the Days Old FG column to the top 3, however I could only see a way to filter by the value column so I was stuck.
