Hello, so the question i have to answer using a pivot or formula is
"9. On the ?Workings? sheet use formula and/or pivots to analyse this dataset to identify the percentage of students still retained and graduated at the end of the third year (by course) and the proportion of graduates that received a good honours degree (by course). The columns you require are as follows: ?Course Code?, ?Course Title?, ?Retained?, ?Graduated?, ?Good Honours?"
i tried to make a pivot chart to subcategorize the graduated and retained by course but it is either bugging out or not labelling the sub categories at all, it is rather frusturating so any help would be appreciated. the columns for graduated and retained are on the test data sheet, labelled as Y or N for each column, and the pivot i made is in the workings sheet.
Also i just wanted to add that i have the right layout now but it will not count only Y or N columns, how do i make it so that it counts only specific texts in the column?
