Pivot Table Group Field Display Problem

I am a beginning Pivot Table user and I am having trouble displaying a field in a Pivot Table Report. I have grouped a field called Death Age and when I try and display this field along with the group information I am having problems.

I am attaching an Excel Table along with the report I have attempted to create. On Sheet 5 I would like the actual age to show for the full name of the person rather than 1. What am I doing wrong with the Pivot Table field setup?

I am attaching a REVISED Microsoft Excel Table and a Microsoft Excel Pivot Table. The Pivot Table shows in yellow what I am trying to accomplish. I would like to do this by means of a Pivot Table rather than doing this manually.

I have to apologize the first file had a Random Death Age generator that would cause some problems the revised file does not have this generator. SORRY!

It would seem that there should be a simple fix for this but I have been able to figure it out.

Give me one more chance - my last post was not correct -this is what I would like to achieve as shown on the attached file. The number shown to the right of persons full name in the Pivot Table is their Death Age as shown on the Table.
