Question pivot table not returning proper results with logic

i'm fairly new to excel (only been using it a few years) and i have had the same issue each time i have to use this file and i am never able to fix it. i have no idea if it is the logic, but the pivot is never returning the correct results in numbers. it can get a bit more complicated than i am putting it, but i wanted to put it here to see if anyone else could figure it out without having to get into the gritty details. i am not able to speak to the person who created it. however, i am the one expected to fix the issue and i havent been able to fix for months. i'm at a bit of a loss.

here's an example of the issue (this is what the numbers are meant to be)

This is what the numbers in the pivot table come out as:

I am wondering if the logic is off. i would like to thank anyone with advice in advance...

Why should "Attacks on Critical Infrastructure Disrupting TD Operations" be 140?

The sum of column AB (Current Quarter Current Total) in sheet Q3 is 144 when you filter column W (Threat #) for 2 and column A (Threat) for "Attacks on Critical Infrastructure Disrupting TD Operations".

So the reason I know the numbers are off is because I manually calculated every line item from 1-10b. i did them several times over and then so did my coworkers, and we know the numbers are off, i am just not sure if i am stupid or something and cant figure it out. if i am missing a few points in this area, this likely means i am missing a line in the Q3 area, right?

Exactly what values (and from which cells) are you adding up to get to 140?

The easiest way to see all 2's, for example, would be to filter column W to only show 2.

    The cells that are being added for threat #2 are AB3, AB4, AB125, AB250, AB261, AB281, AB334, AB352, AB393.
    That is, 4 + 4 + 48 + 12 + 48 + 12 + 4 + 0 + 12 = 144
