Help on a "simple" line Graph - 3 data points min/avg/max flat line 3 markers

Hi all,

Would really appreciate if anyone knows how to do this as been trying for a while but having no luck..

After a simple line graph I can throw into a powerpoint rather than manually making and taking hours (lots of data points to use).

Something that looks like the below:

I-------I---------I
min avg max

where the avg line will move in line with the difference between min/max..

Any help would be amazing !

Look at the formulas in columns C and D.
Insert values ​​into the graph and edit as Scatterplot.
