Talking Pivot Chart Help (can't make pivot graph to show correct %)

Hello - I hope someone will be able to help with my pivot chart question below.
Here is my sample file. Attachment 839170 The "Site Comp & Noncomp % Graph" tab is showing the training completion and non-completion % by site graph. The data is based on a pivot table on the "Site Completions & Details" tab.
I need to keep both Completion and Non-completion % on that tab and then on the graph I would like to make the slicer or the filters within the graph to let me change the Training Status to show "Training Complete" only. Each time I select
Training Complete" using the slicer, it is showing 100% for all sites and that is incorrect....the % on the graph is correct only when I select both Complete and Not Complete Training Status...So I am puzzled.
Will I ever be able to just show Complete % without affecting the pivot table data?

thank you so much if someone can get back to me! I keep trying this all day and nothing is working.

Whilst I understand that you may be in a bit of a panic, don't tell us that it is urgent, please. All your helpers here are volunteers giving freely of their own time: you haven't paid a penny for any assistance you get here, therefore expecting any form of speed response or preferential treatment, or seeming to, is inappropriate.

Thank you for your understanding. I have removed the urgency notice from your thread title.

Hello - That is fair. I can understand that. Need a reminder we should keep the emotional side of things out of these threads....Thank you.

To be clear, you can't have the pivot table show one thing and the chart show another. They are inextricably linked.

    Hi Rory, thank you.
Ok I get that. I should make the pivot table that is in Green on the Completions & Details tab to show only the complete %...but I am unable to do that by removing the filter on Training Status....that Pivot table in Green is connected to the Graph. Any idea what am I missing? Thank you!
Please see the attachment in my original thread.

Since you have 365, I'd make the source data into a table and load it into the data model. Then use Power Pivot to create a measure like:

    =COUNTROWS(FILTER(Table1,Table1[Training Status]="Training Complete"))/COUNTROWS(Table1)

and display that in the pivot table. See attached.

Thank you. Is this the only method? I am not familiar with data model. I think you are talking about "Queries and Connections"? I will take a look to see if I can reproduce it myself. Appreciate your help.

No, that's Power Query (or Get and Transform). I was referring to Power Pivot.
