combined chart

Hi, can anyone help me?
I have a group column chart - the y-axis is % of some variable and I would like to add another variable for each column, which is also in % (so I suppose I don't need another axis but it can be added there, it doesn't matter), which will be for each column as a "dot" in that column. I can do it with a combined chart but only if I have only one "compund" - (chart 1 in the example) When there are more, I can't do it - chart 2 in the example. When there are multiple compounds, I can't do it - chart 2 in the example. Can someone please give me advice? Example.xlsx
