Pivot Table Filters with Other Pivot Table Filters

Good day

I am having trouble with the "Filter data independently for each Pivot Table report" function. Despite creating multiple dashboards, I am currently facing difficulties filtering my Pivot Table reports independently, particularly when they are linked to a Slicer. I have removed the Pivot Report connections to the Slicer.

I am also struggling to create a pivot for the "Date Verified" column, should be Month and Year.

The formatting of the Data Labels in the Pivot Chart also keeps on auto changing.

Could you please help me resolve these issues? Is this an Excel software issue? As I cannot find the option to change the filters to be filtered independently?

The pivot tables in this file exhibit some strange behaviors.
1. Table_query__4 appears to have 1154 ID's however the pivot table named "Total" only reports 639
2. Table_query__4 only has seven columns, however the pivot table field list for all pivot tables display many more
3. Table_query__4 has 156 rows with verified dates however the PivotTable6 displays only 129 ignoring for example August of 2023
