Wanting line graph however side by side per area

Hi all,

Unsure if this is possible, excel allows this as a clustered bar chart as attached but I'm wanting this split however in line graph form eg area 1 Jan-Aug, area 2 Jan- Aug and so on.

I did find a solution to amend the data itself and repeat the months as below but hoping for a tidier solution.

To have the lines split you will need to use the data layout you have.

An alternative would be to add columns between the Dft/dt/ft groups. That would allow you to have just 2 rows.
But you will have a double category gap between each group.

I assume the repeated labeling in C2:D2 is just a typo.
