Need help with how to create/present a dashboard to consolidate multiple event data-sets.

I am trying to present an overview of historical data from previous racing events to guide strategy in a current race.
I currently have strategy data from 60 previous events, this will grow as the season progresses.

    Fixed parameters:
Race time - 2 hours (there are 4 hour races to be looked at seperately, they are usually 2 of a 10 race season)
Cars must stop at least once to change driver and refuel.

I would like to present the data in 5 min blocks from 0:00:00~0:05:00 to 1:55:00~2:00:00.

I am trying to show on 1 consolidated dashboard in what time block the car came into pit, under what track condition (green or yellow), in what position was the car before and after pit, did the driver change during the pit-stop and if possible to show if the pit-stop was a "dive-in" which means the track condition changed from green to yellow immediately after the pit-stop.

I have a sample workbook available the size is 48kb, total 8 sheets 6 2hr races, 2 4hr races. Is this too big to post?

Combining all data into 1 sheet and tabulate in a Table, added a few helper columns, using PivotTable:

josephteh's answer has made me ask the question and present the data in a slightly different way...

I have 8 2 hour long events broken down into 24x 5 minute blocks, in those 5 minutes I have 5 data points. Eventually this will be approximately 50 events and growing as this year progresses.

How could I graphically represent that IF between (for example) 55&60mins the condition Yellow is "YES" that the coditions in C, D, E are "YES" (or "NO")?
On top of that could I show the Worst Position before and after the PIT=YES condition?

Thank you in advance for any help or pointers.

Changing "YES" to 1 and "NO" to 0, and using Combo Chart with Dive-In and Worst-Position as Line Charts with the rest as Stacked Column Charts.
