Color issue in Pivot table

Hello,

I have a pivot tabel with all the names of the students that can work on a specific day.
now i make the planning, and if i plan in a student i want to manually color the cell in green so i can see later when someone is planned in.

in the pic under here you see the names and when they are available.

and under here you can see if i plan the person in

i filter on the week i need the availabilities of the students.
but if i add an extra day in my filter it automaticly collers the extra day also in green

so in the pic under here i just added in my filter 27/4 and it automaticly collored it green.

how can i collor the cells without automaticly collor all the new cells i add in the filter?

There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook (yellow banner: HOW TO ATTACH YOUR SAMPLE WORKBOOK). Screenshots are of little practical use as we cannot manipulate them.

A good sample workbook has just 10-20 rows of representative data that has been desensitised. The sample layout accurately matches that of your real data. It also has expected results mocked up, worked examples where required, relevant cells highlighted and a few explanatory notes.

Has that file been DESENSITISED? If not, remove it and desensitise it. This is a PUBLIC forum - shared workbooks should be representative sample copies with no personal details that are real.

The formatting rules applied to the pivot table on the Beschikbaarheden sheet are =J38=4, =J38=3 etc.
Those don't seem to have anything to do with the dates, so not sure how to modify them.
