    Format Y-Axis

    I am trying to get my Y-axis to go from 1-30 with major unit gridlines at 5
    and no minor units.

    The Format Axis / Scale Tab reads:
    Minimum=0
    Maximum=30
    Major Unit=5
    Minor Unit=1 (have marked no gridlines and it can't be 0)

    When I do this, it throws out 0's and 1's on the Y-axis...how can I fix this
    problem?

    Your post raises at least two questions:

    1.***** Y Axis range & interval

    You have told Excel that you want Y axis from 0 to 30 with major interval of
    5.

    Excel expects uniform Y axis intervals like: 0-5-10-15-20-25 or
    1-6-11-16-21.

    Trying to get Excel to start at 1 then go to 5-10-15 etc is a non-uniform Y
    axis interval.

    Excel can give you 1-6-11 etc or 0-5-10 etc, it can't give you 1-5-10-15,
    etc unless you create a dummy series.
