Hiding Category Names For Zero Values

I've seen several solutions for not graphing zeros, but I'm wanting to go a stop further. Right now, the bar chart does not show the zero values, but it still holds a place for those categories on the X axis.

I'm trying to create a chart where the actual category labels will be ignored/hidden when the value is zero.

    Is this possible?

Thank you for your time in advance.
