Changing the value in a pivot table

I have a pivot tabe and graph with peoples names in 1 coloum and their weights in another. This is for setting up balance in Dragon Boats. My question is, when someones weight changes, how do I update the table. From what I have read, I have to change the calculate formulas but thats where I get lost.
    Thanks for any help

    Hi StanFox,

    Welcome to the forum.

Pivot table and Pivot Graph are the re-presentation of data table... would suggest you to change the weight in your data and refresh the pivot table.. thanks.

    Thanks DILIPandey
Thing is as I'm sure you know, when you transform your data to a pivot table, you now longer have your data in the normal excel format. However, you did give me the idea to set up the data on another sheet that I can easily change then use "Change Data Source" to update my tables. Surely there has to be an easier method than that thought.
    Thanks for your reply.
