need help changing data layout or adjust line chart properties to swap X/Y axis.

I have a chart with dual values in the Y-axis that correspond to a single X-axis value. I need to swap the axes, and can do it either through manipulating the data layout, or adjusting the chart properties. I've done a search, and it sounds like its not so easy (maybe not possible) in a line chart, but is possible with an X/Y scattergraph.

If that is truly the case, is there a way to connect the dots in the scattergraph and then minimize the points?
