Best way to chart/present benchmarks vs. Scores comparison

    Hi,

I have a spreadsheet with Assessment benchmarks and scores that the corresponding employees received. I can't seem to figure out the best way to present the comparison result in a snapshot. I've tried a bar chart but I can't seem to get the benchmarks on the X axis and the employees (by their titles) on the Y axis.

I've tried a pivot (as a long shot) but that didn't work either. I'm convinced some type of chart is the way to go and I'm sure its operator error in my spreadsheet formatting but I can't seem to see it.

Can I get a second set of eyes please? Any suggestions are appreciated.

    Thanks.

Graphs work best with integer or numerical values. You have #-# formatted numbers. You must convert the benchmark values of #-# to an integer or numerical value if you want to chart it on a 2d graph.

Secondly, you have #N/A in your dataset. Charts do not like that. Normalizes your errors doing '=IFERROR("{ORIGINAL FORMULA}","{BLANK or 0}")
