Creating a chart that summarizes top five results from data set

Hello everyone-I've been stumped for a few days now and could use some expert help. I am attempting to create either a bar chart or a line graph for top five call center issues, and how many calls were received over a quarter, from data that was accumulated over the month. The excel sheet has hidden columns that show the weekly data, and the columns month to month are lined up next to one another. I've tried summing the data, etc, but I need it to be able to change with the data as more numbers are added in over a period of time. Here is an example of the data. I can't figure out how to even begin with this. Any help would be much appreciated.

Kels - what I would do is post the spreadsheet you have, good or bad, so I can see what you have. Based on what you have above, I am having an issue envisioning your spreadsheet, but that is me!!! I have an idea or two but do want to see what you have..
