I have to change my data source every time

    Hi,

I have made data in one worksheet and pivot in another, same file. When I update my file (refresh all), I have to change my data source every time. But the columns should always be the same so that should not be problem.

When I open, Change PivotTable Data Source, my Table/range selection is data!$A$1:$W$46 But it should be data!$A$1:$Y$46 like last time.

My optimal is to get Y46 not W.

The columns aren't the same, $A$1:$Y$46 has 2 more columns than $A$1:$W$46.

It seems when u update ur file(Refresh) atleast one more row of data gets added. Please advise if your data sheet changes.
