    Pivot data display

    Hi ,
In the following excel, i adopted 0 to eliminate blank from appearing in pivot, but that too is not acceptable.
In the attached sheet, in pivot, i don't want to see 0 and also i don't want symbol next to each value"[-]" to show up, what do i do; i want it plane like a table with rows and only values to be present if they are entered in source sheet.
Can you help, thanks in advance

Hi Inorder to remove the "-" symbol click on the Pivot table, go to Options - Show/Hide area click on Buttons (its a toggle key).

Also, to remove the "0"'s you need to filter the entires without zeros. I have attached the modified sheet for your reference.

If you dont want filters, you can just remove the filter by clicking on Data and deselect Filter.
