good day everyone!
I've been cracking this for a while - unfortunately with no success whatsoever. I have a chart that displays rating of our distributors by sales - 1 being the highest and 40 being the lowest. The period that is being assessed is 5 years. Some of our distributors were only working for the last 2-3 years, some of them worked five years ago but do not now. Here's the problem - I somewhere have zeroes because some entities did not have any sales - the graphic would display it as zero which is next to "1" and looks deceiving as certain entity's sales were somewhere near the best of all companies... I want the graphic to display gaps instead.
I have already found how this can be done - in "select data" there are "hidden and zero cells" settings which can be switched to "gaps" instead of "zero" but for some reason when I go to those setting to my grief I see 3 options - "gaps", "zero" and "connect data points with line" and out of all of them there is only one available - "zero". I mean the "gaps" and "connect with lines" items are just frozen , I can see the writings but I can't put a tick there and switch the settings... I have been searching all the options settings in the xls file itself but couldnt find anything.....
can anyone please help me out???? many -many thanks in advance!
