Pivot table not pulling column headers

Hello,
I am combining 3 sheets of data into 1 pivot table.
FOr some reason it's not pulling the column headers which makes the information impossible to use.
Does anyone have any idea what I can be doing wrong?

All of the sheets have the same exact column headers. n
