Pivot Table - Multiple totals with averages and rank / Total to average with criteria

Hi,

With reference to the attached file i have a few columns which are not a part of the pivot table and I would like them to be a part but don't know how...

Sheet 'Expected output' has columns Z to AF which are not part of pivot. Currently I have formulated them restricting the flexibility of the pivot.

Feel free to provide results on sheet 'Gr Summary'

I would really appreciate if there is someone with knowledge of how I can make columns Z:AF a part of that pivot...
