Put a data labels in % value in some stacked bar chart in $ value

Hi here is my graph.

Basicly, I want to put a data labels in % inside each stacked bars. My stacked bars are in dallar value. I want to know if you guys can help with that.

( I know Andy Pope already help with that)

Do you have a link which explain how you do or are you able to explain me more specificly ? I don't know how to add a link to my chart labels.

When I want to put a label :

1. I clic on Layout
2. Data Labels

But the thing is the value is in the same value than the chart value.
