Pivot Table 'blank' row and Column.

    Hi,

From the picture (attahcment) you can see the 'blank' row (10) and Column (Q). There is no row termed 'blank' in the data entry sheet (sheet 1). How can i get rid of both the 'blank' column and row for good so when it comes to entering further data that it doesnt appear again?

    Thanks

    j

In Cell A6, click the little drop down arrow. You will see a list of the fields, and one of these is called '(blank)'. Uncheck the little box. This should make the 'blank' row go away from your pivot table.
