Pivot table assistance

Hello,

I was looking to get some help with a pivot table. The data I'm working with looks something like this...

NAME-TOWN-AGE

Tom-1-50
Ben-2-43
Mike-3-52
Dave-1-51
Sam-1-68

I'm using the pivot table to match people together. To be a match, the pair need to be from the same town, and have less than 5 years age difference between them.

At the moment my pivot table would be able to tell me that I have three people from the same town (Tom, Dave and Sam), however it does not account for the age difference. So I have to double click the total, which brings up a new sheet with the three of them in it, then check the age manually. Is there a way I can get the pivot table to do this for me?

Also, another quick question regarding the same data set...

At the moment there are various sheets in the document titled T1, T2, T3. When a new person is included, from say, Town 1, we are adding them into T1 manually. Is there a way to do this automatically?

I thought it would be something along the lines of

(=IF(1)Insert, Sheet "T1", IF(2)Insert, Sheet "T2", IF(3)Insert, Sheet "T3")

However, I would need to whole row to be added, including the name and age.

I'm not as worried about this problem than the previous one though.
