How to achieve the following plot

Hi, I have a plot that looks like this:
    Capture.PNG

Is there a way I have that kind of plot but with multiple bars per category instead of just 1? (I class 1 bar here as 2 series (blue and red) combined)

So it would look like this but with the second bar on top that fills the bar to 100%

Im trying to represent percentages in an easily comparable way. If you can think of a better way to do this please leave suggestions!
