As you can see in the ATTACHMENT, I got my "Graph 1" from that table. But I want to make the "Y-Axis" like you can see in "Graph 2" (red marked and circled). Please, help me out, how to do that?

First, please revise your post title to something more concrete for the sake of the search function. Something like "how do I change y axis range" or something like that.
As for your question:
Right click the chart axis,
Format Axis,
Axis Options:
Change from "Auto" to "Manual", and then increase the range by less than the major unit.
Setting the minimum to 300 and the maximum to 1300 should do it.
