Data labels - budget & forecast on a stacked bar chart

Hi

I've created a stacked bar chart showing forecast figures as data labels. What I am trying to do is add in the budget figures in brackets so that an easy comparison can be made - it looks like you can manually edit the data labels - but I was hoping to automate the chart fully - is this possible?

Use the above free addin to link data labels to cells.
In the cells create the information you want displayed.

You could write you own vba code.
Or manually as you have been doing.

If it was only a single series then you could have worked around the problem using additional series on secondary axis and displayed category labels within the data label.
