Pivon Tables and Pivot Table Filters

So I created a pivot table that formulates data that contains of a region number...a market within that region and then
A store within that market. So the filter that I have allow people to sort by those three option however.
When u select region one for example....it will show every market regardless of the region selected...is there a way to
Stop this from happening.

Regular data...

Reg 1 -mkt 1- store 2
Reg 1 -mkt 2-store 3
Reg 2- mkt 5- store 7


When I filter just Reg 2...for the market filter it still shows mkt 1 and 2, is there a way to show onky
Relevant data after the filters are applied?
