PivotTable - calculate value per month

Hi everybody,

I'm facing a small issue working on PivotTable and I can't find the solution.

Please see the excel workbook in attachment. I simply want to calculate the manpower required per month. I have a Start Date and a End Date for each project and the number of Manpower needed for them. I would like to calculate how many manpower I need per month including all the projects. Anybody know the solution?

I've seen a couple of posts on it but not with a given period of time. Any hint? Or maybe I have the wrong approach?

Here's a solution in the attached sheet, you desired a pivot table solution but this one uses formulas.
