Charts - Do Not Chart Blank Cells In Range

Hi -

I'm trying to set up a project deliverables tracker for a multi-year project. Some deliverables (lines), however, do not have specific dates (column J).

I can't seem to get this project timeline chart to ignore those deliverables (lines) that do not have a date registered in column J. I only want the chart to chart those lines within the range that have a date in column J.

Help!
