Categorizing a data set

Hello,

I have this data set containing figures ranging from 0, 0.8, 0.8.........upto 20.5
I am supposed to categorize using the IF command such that any figure <0.5 should named "LOW", any figure >0.5<=10 named Moderate and >10 High. How do I go with this?

IF(C1<0.5,"LOW",IF(C1<=10,"Moderate","High"))
