Scheduling Help!

Good afternoon! I am trying to create a schedule for 72 employees. I am setting up a block schedule that has the name of the rotation on the first column and the names of the people on each rotation in the subsequent columns for each week of the year.

I need to create a second sheet that will populate a "by name" schedule from this block schedule. What would be the best way to do so?
