True False ( need duplicate not duplicate )

I am more than happy with this formula ,
but can someone edit it to read duplicate
on the comment instead of true false
and if records are unique to leave blank
comment

I also need a macro that would throw
duplicates only to sheet s2 and to throw
data on s3 with duplicates removed

in s2 I am expecting the duplicates

Exactly what I needed , I think the boss will go nuts ,
Every Christmas we have a list of customers submitted
by a team of 25 + heads , I have to sort this list which
has a quite a number of duplicates , each gift is too
expensive thus a list with a perfect unique names is very
important as well as knowing which are duplicates important
too , so the database of two sellers to one customer is updated

I wish you could explain that button , this is first time I am
receiving a macro button oriented

assuming it was a new name , the results are duplicating as follows,
