I do not have a lot of excel experience. Part of my tasks at work is to combine many sets of data for our clients. We have 2 sets of data. The data on Sheet1 is from our client and will always include First Name, Last Name and Email Address. The second is ton Sheet 2 and is our data from our database and only includes email address and thread.

What I need to do is combine the 2 sets based on the email address. Sometimes we have an email address & thread that was not included with the info from our client and I still need that data too.

I have attached a dummy workbook. Basically right now I sort A to Z both sets then copy and paste them next to each other and manually paste the thread result to the Client provided data. There has to be a better and more accurate way.
