Converting numbers into tally marks and calculating them for tracking purposes

Hello there,

I am still a novice to the intricate workings of the formulas and functions for excel worksheets. I am trying to calculate the numbers in the workday columns into tally marks for the amount of incoming calls received in certain hours of the day, and calculate them for the week. I don't know if I am explaining this correctly, so I have attached the worksheet for assistance. The sheet is for week ending, daily tallying of calls, per hour. I need to make the numbers tally marks, within the hours specified, and then total those numbers by day, hour and week. Can anyone help me with this?

Hello MikeTron,

What I am trying to accomplish is this:

Time Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Total-Mon Total-Tues etc.
8:00am IIIII IIIII IIIII 5 10

I don't know if there is a way to create tally marks with the diagnal strike, if not we could just make five tally marks and then add a space between them. Is this possible?
